The Reality Behind the Dream....

Every journey starts with excitement, and ours was no different. When we first began, we were driven by a simple vision: to create unique, locally inspired designs that truly captured the spirit of our wildlife and our home.

But as with any real story, the road was far from easy.

One of our earliest challenges was simply being seen. Walking into lodges and curio shops, we were unknown—just another small brand trying to find its place. We had to introduce ourselves, tell our story, and most importantly, convince people that what we were creating was something different. Something worth believing in.

Then came what would become our biggest ongoing challenge: bringing our designs to life exactly as we envisioned them.

Our concepts were never meant to be ordinary. We didn’t want standard prints placed in predictable positions. We imagined designs that flowed across garments—like our lion and cheetah concepts, where the artwork would move from the body onto the sleeve, creating something dynamic and alive.

But achieving this level of printing, especially while keeping everything local, proved incredibly difficult.

Local production is something we are deeply committed to. It supports our community, ensures quality control, and keeps our brand authentic. However, it also comes at a cost—both financially and in terms of technical limitations. Not every printer is equipped or willing to take on unconventional designs, and pushing those boundaries has been a constant learning curve.

To this day, we are still working toward perfecting that vision.

The images here is a reminder of that journey—a moment where the idea was there, the passion was there, but the execution still had hurdles to overcome.

And perhaps that’s what makes the journey meaningful.

Because building something unique isn’t about getting it perfect the first time. It’s about persistence. It’s about holding onto your vision even when the process is harder than expected. And it’s about continuing to push forward, knowing that every challenge is shaping something truly special.
